This easy to make creamy dressing is full of flavour but low in calories!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fat free plain yogurt (280g)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon English mustard powder or 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 3 sprigs cilantro / coriander
  • 1 clove garlic roughly chopped
  • ¼ small red chili pepper de-seeded
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar less if you like your dressing less acidic!
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the red chili pepper by slicing it down its length and removing the seeds.
  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until fully combined.
  • Place in the fridge to chill before serving.
